When I go on safe mode, "USB mass storage" shows up but I cannot update cuz it keeps saying it already has the best driver installed. I tried device manager and looking for it there, it does Only when I plug in my usb external drive and ipod touch, ipod does not recognize it. Windows 7 works perfectly with my old programs after my upgrade.
